Patrick Clevenger, General Manager of Three-16 NEMT, brings a heart for service and a lifetime of leadership to the team. After a distinguished 39-year career with UPS—including over 20 years as a Teamsters Local 175 union steward—Patrick retired in May 2025. Now, he’s volunteering his time to help launch Three-16 NEMT, driven by a vision to give back to the community by offering safe, affordable transportation to those in need.

Kelly Clevenger, Owner of Three-16 NEMT, is passionate about meeting the unique needs of every individual while fostering a supportive, faith-based environment. With 26 years of pastoral experience at Horizons Church, she continues to serve as the Congregational Care Pastor, offering compassion, guidance, and encouragement to those she serves.

Together, Patrick and Kelly are committed to building a transportation service rooted in integrity, care, and community—where every ride reflects their shared values and dedication to helping others.
